JFrog is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Automation Specialist with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing automation platforms to drive lead generation, nurture campaigns, and enhance customer engagement. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop automated workflows, track performance, and improve the overall efficiency of marketing efforts
As a Marketing Automation Specialist at JFrog you will...
- Campaign Execution: Design, implement, and analyze automated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, and events.
- Lead Nurturing: Develop and execute lead nurturing programs, segment audiences, and create personalized workflows to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- Data Management: Ensure data hygiene within the CRM and marketing automation systems, and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Set up and maintain analytics and reporting on campaign performance, marketing ROI, customer engagement metrics, and funnel performance. Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests for email campaigns, landing pages, and other marketing assets to optimize conversion rates and overall campaign success.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, content, and creative teams to align marketing strategies, and ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales efforts.
- Compliance: Ensure all marketing automation efforts comply with data protection laws and regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
To be a Marketing Automation Specialist at JFrog you need…
- Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, lead generation, and digital campaign management.
- Tools Expertise: Proficient in Marketo. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of email marketing, lead scoring, lead nurturing, campaign performance tracking, building landing pages and segmentation.
- Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders across different departments.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to troubleshoot automation processes and workflow issues.
- Certification (Preferred): Certification in Marketo is an added advantage.
