Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Marketing Automation Specialist with hands-on experience in HubSpot. As a vital member of our Revenue Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving demand generation campaigns and generating leads for our business. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Automation Manager, you will collaborate closely on strategic initiatives such as lead scoring while serving as the primary architect behind our marketing automation campaigns within HubSpot for our global marketing efforts.
Location: New York City, must be willing to work 2 days a week in-office.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing automation campaigns using HubSpot, serving as the primary point of contact for all global marketing automation operations.
- Lead projects autonomously, managing incoming tasks from the global team with efficiency and precision.
- Create and optimize automated workflows, including registration drives for global events, tailored nurture journeys for products, and personalized journeys for net new or inactive contacts.
- Champion the creation and management of email templates for a variety of global campaigns from events marketing, to product nurtures, to newsletters, to welcome/re-engagement journeys.
- Deep dive into the database to understand our audience and build targeted segments.
- Implement governance and strict processes within HubSpot, adhering to best practices for email marketing, segmentation, form creation, landing pages, subscription centers, and preference centers.
- Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and analyze data to continually refine and optimize marketing automation strategies.
- Act as a subject matter expert on HubSpot, providing guidance, training, and support to team members as needed.
- Establish, educate and roll out email best practices
- Maintain data hygiene for data coming in and out of Hubspot.
- Report on email campaign analytics and provide insights for optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing automation to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Establish best practices for reporting, analytics and revenue marketing campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing automation, with a proven track record of success in using HubSpot.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
- In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices, segmentation strategies, and marketing automation workflows.
- HubSpot certification(s) preferred.
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry or B2B marketing is a plus.
