We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join us at Telia.
This is a full-time, fixed-term maternity cover position, expected to run until December 31, 2027. The role can be based in Göteborg or Solna.
I’m Malin Ahlqvist, Head of Customer Base Management, and I’m looking for someone ready to grow with us. We are a strategic, data-driven team focused on maximizing customer value. By turning insights into actions, we strengthen loyalty, grow customer value, and help shape the future of Telia’s customer relationships.
What You'll Do:
In this role, you will create and optimize automated customer journeys, primarily supporting our B2C broadband business, while using customer data and insights to improve customer engagement and performance.
Develop customer segments and target groups for personalized communications.
Create automated customer journeys and execute digital one-to-one communication activities across multiple channels.
Optimize campaigns by analysing customer behaviour, conversion rates, click rates and other performance metrics.
What Will Help You Thrive in This Role:
You are analytical, structured, proactive and performance-driven. You enjoy working with data, technology and customer behaviour, and can translate insights into actions that create measurable value.
Proven experience in marketing automation and building automated customer journeys.
Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Experience with CDPs, SQL and data modelling is considered an advantage.
Ability to analyse performance data, optimize target groups and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Fluency in English. Swedish is an advantage but not a requirement.
