The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager to join our Marketing Operations Team. This position will drive the strategic direction and roadmap for our marketing automation platforms, enabling us to deliver innovative personalized experiences to our prospects and customers. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining the vision, prioritizing features, and delivering solutions that enable our stakeholders to execute highly effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is based in either our Chicago or Toronto offices and hybrid attendance is required.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs for our marketing automation platform (Eloqua) and related products.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success, to gather insights, prioritize requirements, and drive product development efforts.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring high-quality delivery and seamless integration across the product portfolio.
  • Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert in marketing automation, staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.
  • Monitor product performance metrics, gather customer feedback, and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Represent the product internally and externally, effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and value proposition to stakeholders and customers.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the marketing automation or related software industry, with a track record of successfully delivering complex products.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of marketing automation concepts, processes, and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset, with a deep understanding of user experience and design principles.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management techniques.
