The Role:
The Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive lead generation across both B2B and B2C segments. Leveraging DailyPays Martech, you will manage marketing automation tools to execute successful email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and customer journeys. You will develop and implement B2B and B2C lead generation and conversion strategies, ensuring that marketing efforts are personalized, data-driven, and aligned with business objectives.

How You Will Make an Impact:
- Automation Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive marketing automation strategies across B2B and B2C channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and business objectives
- Drive the strategic direction for marketing technology, recommending new tools or improvements to streamline processes and support evolving business needs
- Developed workflows for lead nurturing and automated email programs
- Provided technical support and optimization recommendations for the Marketo platform, improving user adoption and system efficiency
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing processes, ensuring efficient lead routing, segmentation, and prioritization based on data insights
- Collaborate with the SDR team to ensure smooth lead handoff, managing lead scoring and defining clear lead qualification processes
- Optimize data integrations between Marketo, Salesforce, and other marketing technologies to maintain data consistency, eliminate silos, and ensure accurate reporting
What You Bring to The Team:
- Marketing Automation: Experience implementing or administering Marketo and Bizible
- Campaign Management: Email Marketing, Lead Nurturing, Lead Scoring, A/B Testing
- CRM Management: Experience with Salesforce to Marketo data sync and integration
- Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics, Tableau
- Project Management Tools: Asana, Jira, Trello

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
