YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, marketing strategies, and technical requirements.
- Build and integrate workflows, templates, and data models to support marketing automation.
- Work with client teams to integrate Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) with customer data platforms, CRMs, and other external systems.
- Provide ongoing recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Assist in delivering training sessions and workshops to client marketing teams, helping them utilize Adobe tools effectively.
- Offer post-implementation support and troubleshoot campaign execution issues.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to report on project progress and challenges.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience wo rking with Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) in a consulting or client-facing role.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for campaign development and API integrations.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Nice To Haves:
- Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Campaign or Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Familiarity with other Adobe Experience Cloud products (Adobe Analytics, AEM, etc.).
- Understanding of CRM systems, CDPs, and third-party data integrations.
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment with multiple clients and projects.
- Awareness of marketing technology trends and innovations
