This vacancy has arisen within the Marketing & Communications Department.
Purpose of Position:
To support and contribute to the development and execution of the Company’s marketing strategy, campaigns, and brand initiatives, while ensuring consistent brand positioning, effective communication, and high-quality delivery across all marketing activities and platforms.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of the Company’s Brand and Marketing Strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, enhancing visitor experience, and driving engagement and footfall.
- Coordinate and contribute to the delivery of the annual Marketing Plan, supporting campaign rollouts and activations.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to develop marketing collateral, including advertising, print materials, and digital assets.
- Support the management of social media platforms and contribute to the development of content strategies to enhance online presence and engagement.
- Monitor marketing performance using analytics tools (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.), providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, activations, press conferences, and corporate initiatives.
- Support the organisation of corporate events including stakeholder engagements, internal events, and Corporate Responsibility activities.
- Manage logistics related to filming, photography, and campaign production requirements.
- Ensure effective cross-departmental communication to align marketing initiatives with operational objectives and ensure smooth execution.
- Liaise with relevant departments (e.g. IT, Customer Service, Operations) to support updates across platforms such as wayfinding systems and customer touchpoints.
- Contribute to market research activities, gathering insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the development and promotion of all Company brands and sub-brands, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity.
- Assist in the management of customer feedback across various channels, ensuring timely responses and coordination with relevant departments where required.
- Support the preparation and delivery of corporate publications such as annual reports, newsletters, and sustainability communications.
- Promote a positive image of the Company at all times and ensure brand standards are upheld across all touchpoints.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in marketing processes, brand visibility, and customer experience.
