This role supports the firm’s growth and brand elevation by managing events, social media content, coordinating marketing and communications projects with external vendors, and client communications.Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Coordination
- Assist with planning, organizing, and executing in-person and virtual events, including webinars, panel discussions, intimate client gatherings, small client appreciation events and a large holiday party.
- Coordinate event logistics such as vendor communication, venue setup, collateral, registration, and post-event follow-up.
- Track event budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
- Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook and LinkedIn), particularly earned media content from interviews.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain brand consistency.
- Track analytics and provide monthly reporting to support strategy improvements.
- Assist with developing new social campaigns and trends relevant to the business.
- Draft and edit a variety of marketing materials, including blog posts, email newsletters and targeted communications, website content, and tear sheets about our service offerings.
- Ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and tailored to the appropriate audience.
- Assist in proofreading marketing materials and ensuring high editorial quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Background in professional services
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Experience with event coordination and logistics
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Basic graphic design or Canva skills a plus
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
