We're looking for a collaborative, talented Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team! This role serves as a primary resource, streamlining the workflow of strategic direct mail campaigns which fuels our acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across the Brady North America brands. This position is an ideal pathway for a self-starter who thrives on managing multiple projects under tight deadlines and is eager to learn the mechanics of direct response marketing. Preferred Qualifications- Support the project management and process workflows required for campaign setup and results tracking, ensuring all direct mail initiatives are organized with precision.
- Collaborate with the team during brainstorming sessions to help develop meaningful tests, from exploring new formats to refining messaging in order to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Partner with external vendors to manage print and data file execution to ensure a smooth and accurate workflow for all campaigns.
- Assist with the day-to-day activities of campaign execution, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of direct mail campaigns.
- Partner with the Marketing Campaign Manager to track progress against key performance milestones, ensuring complex projects remain on schedule.
- Assist in analyzing campaign data and building presentation decks to report on results, helping the team visualize wins and identify opportunities for growth.
- Facilitate the operational side of marketing by processing vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
- Coordinate USPS requirements for direct mail campaigns, including postage payments and managing registration for national promotion incentive programs.
- Plan and track direct mail projects using project management software and internal tracking systems.
- Support broader initiatives such as new product launches and work collaboratively with other marketing teams to gain exposure to diverse marketing disciplines.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira) and internal tracking systems to maintain up-to-date documentation for design and production timelines.
