The Marketing Associate supports the firm’s digital marketing efforts through content creation, social media management, Google Business Profile updates, podcast coordination, and marketing administration. This role works closely with leadership, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure consistent, engaging branch presence across platforms. The marketing associate must have experience with Google LSA, and Meta Ads, as well as YouTube.
Key Responsibilities- Create, design, and post content across social media platforms, You Tube, and Google Business Profile (including thumbnails, static posts, short-firm videos, and CTAs).
- Monitor and engage with social media comments and local business accounts using social media management tools.
- Coordinate podcast and interview appearances, including scheduling reminders, follow-ups, and content repurposing.
- Upload and manage video content, transcripts, backlinks, and website-related updates in collaboration with vendors.
- Prepare weekly marketing agendas, analytics summaries, and reports; attend vendor meetings and provide recap notes.
- Support marketing campaigns, branded materials, magazine features, photoshoots, and promotional item ordering.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for leadership and assist with general marketing administration.
Requirements
- 2 + years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation.
- Experience with YouTube (posting, basic edits, thumbnails) and repurposing long-form content into short-form.
- Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong writing skills for captions, copy, and calls to action.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet multiple deadlines.
- Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams preferred.
- Extensive experience with YouTube LSA, Google LSA, and Meta Ads.
- Relevant education in marketing, communications, digital media, graphic design, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Practical experience, demonstrated skills, and portfolio examples will be strongly considered in place of formal education.
