Marketing at Humaans
Now, we’re looking to add onto our founding Marketing team a driven and entrepreneurial community & marketing associate. You’ll be at the center of building our brand and shaping how we show up in the market - driving the initiatives that generate pipeline through events and community momentum.

In this role, you’ll work directly with the founders and partner with sales, product, and CS to tell our story, create breakthrough campaigns, and scale our presence.

Focus/Ownership:
Events & Community: Own execution of Humaans’ flagship events program—from intimate People Leader dinners to large-scale activations like HR Tech conferences.
Marketing & Growth: Support campaigns, content, and creative initiatives to build brand presence and generate pipeline.
Strategic Projects: Run cross-functional initiatives directly with the founders—launches, GTM experiments, and ad-hoc growth plays.
Ops & Execution: Step into high-priority gaps across marketing, sales, and ops to keep momentum across the business.
Storytelling: Craft decks, comms, and narratives for prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders.
You’ll be a great fit if you…
Have experience in community, events, marketing, sales, or a founder’s associate/ops role at a startup, VC, consulting firm, or fast-growth company.
Are a hands-on generalist with strong instincts for execution but can also zoom out strategically.
Bring exceptional project management skills—organised, detail-orientated, and comfortable running multiple initiatives end-to-end.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills; you can package ideas clearly and persuasively.
Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where ownership and proactivity matter more than playbooks.
This is an in-person role based at our Central London office (Chancery Lane). Our team comes together in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to fuel collaboration and connection.
