As a Marketing Operations and Analytics Associate, you’ll gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of marketing, working closely with experienced marketers, sales teams, and product experts. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
What You’ll Do- Support Marketing Campaigns – Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, content marketing, and event promotions.
- Marketing Analytics & Optimization – Track campaign performance, analyze results, and identify opportunities to improve ROI and drive continuous optimization.
- Content Creation – Help develop marketing materials such as blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and product collateral.
- Event Coordination – Support the planning and execution of industry events, webinars, and conferences to engage AI engineers and decision-makers.
- Market Research & Analysis – Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to help refine messaging and strategy.
- Social Media & Community Engagement – Monitor and engage with online communities, ensuring our messaging reaches the right audiences.
- Sales & Product Enablement – Assist in the development of sales collateral, product messaging, and training materials for internal teams.
- Recent Graduate – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing or a related analytical field. Majors in Computer Science, Data Science, or other technical fields are a strong advantage.
- Passionate About AI & Technology – Genuine interest in AI and developer-focused products.
- Clear Communicator – Able to simplify complex concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized – Comfortable juggling multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player with a Growth Mindset – Excited to learn quickly, take initiative, and collaborate with a high-impact marketing team.
- Experience with Marketing & Analytics Tools (a plus) – Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SQL, or marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce) is a plus.

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $80,000 to $110,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is determined based upon a variety of job related factors that may include: transferable work experience, skill sets, and qualifications. Total compensation also includes a comprehensive benefit package, including: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, unlimited paid time off, generous parental leave plan, and others for mental and wellness support.
While we are a remote-first company, we have opened offices in New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area, as an option for those in those cities who wish to work in-person. For all other employees, there is a WFH monthly stipend to pay for co-working spaces.
