Own Arize’s technical SEO, AI search visibility, organic acquisition, website performance, conversion optimization, and analytics program. The role involves auditing crawlability and indexing, improving site architecture and performance, developing AEO strategies, analyzing competitors, building backlink authority, coordinating website experiments, and connecting organic performance to signups, demos, and pipeline. This hands-on manager partners with content, product marketing, engineering, and external specialists while personally executing technical growth initiatives.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle across APJ, from prospecting and discovery through closing, proof-of-concept management, adoption, and account growth. Build relationships with AI and machine learning stakeholders, develop sales plays, research accounts and competitors, navigate complex enterprise deals, and communicate Arize’s value. The role requires enterprise SaaS sales experience, strong prospecting and closing skills, entrepreneurial initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Deploy and support distributed SaaS and on-premise infrastructure, gather customer requirements, adapt deployment manifests, monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, package releases, and automate release pipelines across Kubernetes and AWS, GCP, and Azure environments.

Create and distribute technical education about AI observability and evaluation through blogs, tutorials, videos, webinars, courses, conference talks, and workshops. Build demo applications and AI-assisted content production pipelines, adapt research across channels, engage developer communities, and provide product feedback. The role requires strong engineering, writing, speaking, teaching, and presentation skills, plus regular conference travel and occasional evening or weekend events.
