The Ideal Candidate for the Marketing Associate Position:

• Offers creative ideas for promotional sales and marketing campaigns to offer new approaches to the customers.
• Someone who is goal-oriented and can contribute goals to better the company's operations.
• Someone with integrity while handling personal customer information.
• Can demonstrate organizational skills and understand the ins and outs of the daily marketing process.

Marketing Associate Responsibilities: 

• Focus on direct marketing by engaging face to face with customers that are provided to us by our client
• When working with customers, use marketing skills to promote products and services by setting up presentations and sales pitches
• Work with the sales team to learn how to close any and all sales deals becoming an expert in the sales cycle of a customer
• Participate in weekly conference calls with other Marketing Associates in different markets to gather new ideas for the team.
• Track daily office production and personal goals / revenue.
• Understand daily goals for the team and offer tips, tricks, and coaching guides if available.
• Get familiar with personal duties given by upper-level management to contribute to the team effort.

Desired Skills of our next Marketing Associate:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field is bonus.
• Experience in a customer service, customer facing, sales or prior marketing experience
• Excellent interpersonal and personal skills when working directly with customers
• Time Management Skills.
• Experience in coaching or training.
• Leadership Experience.
