ISS ESG is looking for a new team member in London to drive our marketing efforts. This position reports to the Executive Director, Marketing. Through this role you will help us to promote our solutions to institutional investors and build strong branding and lead generation programs for all ISS ESG offerings. This includes inbound, outbound, nurturing, digital marketing, social media, events, advertising, email, and content. You will also establish clear and relevant cross-department branding and marketing goals and metrics. You will be the gatekeeper of our branding elements and a critical voice in overall branding globally within the global marketing team. To continually identify new ways to reach our desired target audiences, you will collaborate closely with various members of the ISS organization such as Sales, Research, Product and Client Services.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel branding and lead gen marketing programs including email, content marketing, search and social advertising.

Support the release of new product innovations, including marketing tactics such as email, website, in-person events and webinars, videos, advertising, collateral, thought leadership content, and more.

Maintain and manage branding elements (logos, naming conventions, etc.) for ISS ESG.

Interpret industry trends and competitive information and develop strategies and tactics to respond to opportunities and changes in the marketplace.

Maintain uploads, downloads and refresh of regular website content.

Coordinate with industry organizations to secure ISS ESG memberships and develop marketing programs.

Coordinate with Sales, Client Services, Product and Research to generate product/solution content to enable sales/client services teams.

Plan and manage proprietary events and webinars to disseminate research outcomes and reports in the responsible investment marketplace.

Manage presence at industry events and trade shows.
Qualifications

Experience in marketing or communications
-
Strong understanding of marketing automation programs (e.g. HubSpot)

Understanding of responsible investing (including financial markets) is a plus
-
Experience in the use of basic website maintenance tools

Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships

Excellent communication and written skills

Self-motivated team player
