Job Description

The Marketing Associate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to help support the ongoing efforts of the Global D&G marketing team. This will include: generating POs, helping with CRM data cleanliness, event assistance, website assistance, email creation, and additional tasks as needed. The candidate for this role will be passionate about helping to support the marketing efforts for the larger D&G Global Commercial organization (PDM and Sales). In this role, you will gain broad experience in marketing including workflow processes, branding, marketing automation, campaign management, and general administrative functions.

Qualifications

  • B.A. or B.S. in marketing, science or related field is helpful. Candidates with 2 or more years’ experience in marketing and/or in an administrative support role, will also be considered. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for the marketing or life science industry and its standard methodologies
  • Skilled at using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with Salesforce or Pardot is a plus!
