Marketing Associate

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across various channels. The ideal candidate will assist in developing marketing campaigns, creating content, conducting market research, and coordinating activities to strengthen brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Support the creation of marketing content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other communication channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities.
• Assist in managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
• Support the development of marketing presentations, reports, promotional materials, and campaign briefs.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key marketing metrics.
• Assist in organizing events, promotional activities, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
• Maintain marketing calendars, databases, and campaign documentation.
• Stay up to date with marketing trends, digital platforms, and industry best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
• Strong written communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and campaign performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively within a team.
