Job Overview:
Are you a searching for a dynamic role that blends product marketing with innovation? We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Associate, Product Marketing & Innovation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with multiple brands, guiding products from concept to launch while crafting innovative marketing strategies to position our products in the marketplace. You’ll conduct market research, lead projects, and create compelling content—all within a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and new product opportunities. This includes involvement in voice of customer interviews, focus groups, and surveys to gather actionable insights that inform product development and improvement.
  • Project Management: Manage the product development process using Stage Gate methodology, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement of existing products.
  • Product Launch Strategy: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, including crafting messaging, positioning, and promotional campaigns to ensure successful product introductions in the market.
  • Marketing Material Development: Create compelling marketing materials and content that enhance product shopability, guiding customers through their buying journey and helping them understand our product offerings.
  • Campaign Development: Develop and execute promotional campaigns for strategic product lines within our portfolio, utilizing market insights to create targeted messaging that resonates with our audience.
  • Analytics: Analyze market data, customer feedback, and product performance to guide product marketing strategies and adjust campaigns as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive product messaging and successful launch execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills; familiarity with the Stage Gate process is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling product messaging.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, customer insights, and product performance.
  • Understanding of marketing fundamentals, including product positioning, branding, and campaign execution.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a passion for product marketing and innovation.
