Job Summary
As a Marketing Associate for our Online Partner Programs, you will play a multi-functional role that supports performance, partner management, reporting, and campaign execution—but at its core, this position is accountable for delivering key sales metrics. You will work closely with third-party online partners and comparison websites to optimize campaign performance, grow sales across residential and business segments, and help ensure program goals are met. Skills Required
- 2+ years of sales or marketing experience, preferably digital/performance/partner channels
- 1-2+ years managing third-party partner or referral programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with reporting, tracking, and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Strong project management, ownership, and follow-through with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration
- Ability to analyze performance data and recommend optimizations to improve conversion and sales
- Ability to perform site audits, pricing validation, and reconcile partner performance and payments
- Availability for occasional evening and weekend support for frequent price updates
- Relevant college degree or business certifications (applicable to required skills)
