Job Summary

As a Marketing Associate for our Online Partner Programs, you will play a multi-functional role that supports performance, partner management, reporting, and campaign execution—but at its core, this position is accountable for delivering key sales metrics. You will work closely with third-party online partners and comparison websites to optimize campaign performance, grow sales across residential and business segments, and help ensure program goals are met. This role also requires building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating day-to-day partner activity, and translating results into clear reports and presentations that inform action.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities
Manage projects from start to finish with minimal supervision and strong follow-through
Support and drive sales performance across residential and business segments for multiple brands through online partner channels
Manage day-to-day execution with third-party partners and comparison websites to keep campaigns running effectively and on pace to deliver targets
Build strong partner relationships and quickly resolve operational or technical issues that could impact performance
Monitor trends, competitive activity, and campaign results to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and help ensure sales goals are met
Recommend and implement optimizations that improve conversion, partner performance, and overall sales results
Support incremental growth by expanding opportunities with existing partners and helping onboard new partners
Use internal stakeholder input and analytics tools to turn performance data into actionable recommendations
Track and reconcile partner performance through reporting, payment support, site audits, and pricing campaign validation
Implement and validate frequent price updates across multiple partner websites (may require some evening and weekend support)
Education, Experience & Skill Requirements
2+ years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in digital, performance, or partner-based channels
1–2+ years of experience with third-party partner and/or referral program management
A proactive, self-starting mindset with strong ownership, urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting, tracking, and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau) strongly preferred
Relevant experience gained through a college degree program and/or business certifications may apply to the skills above
Key Metrics
Drive measurable sales growth through third-party online partner relationships
Identify and act on brand positioning and conversion opportunities through regular site audits and performance analysis
Deliver gains targets across residential and business segments for multiple brands
