Williams Lea is hiring an Marketing Associate for our Wheeling office to work Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm!
Pay: $17.60/hour

Job Duties:
- (* denotes an “essential function”)
- Support data management and entry into the firm’s CRM system, with a particular focus on data quality, accuracy, and expediency of processing.
- Assist with the execution of large data loads (e.g., relationship onboarding, BD activity management, data cleanup).
- Help manage data changes and expansion -- data quality, cleanup, standardization, and verification process (including using various online resources to verify data).
Job qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative/marketing assistant role preferably in the legal, banking or large corporate setting.
- Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling, and language usage, as well as standard business correspondence formatting.
- Strong computer skills, including web-based research and Microsoft Office Suite 2010. Knowledge of OnePlace or another CRM system preferred.
- Working technical knowledge of database management or HTML is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and foster successful, working relationships with legal and professional staff while providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
