As a Stryker Interventional Spine (IVS) Marketing Associate, you will support the execution of marketing strategies across a growing portfolio, including fracture and oncology solutions, while working closely with cross-functional teams, partnering with the sales organization, and engaging directly with physicians. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting field activities such as case coverage, physician education programs, and industry events, while also contributing to the development of marketing materials and initiatives that translate complex products into meaningful value for customers and patients. Support the sales team by helping answer product questions and resolve customer needs through email, phone, and occasional in-person interactions
Gain hands-on experience executing marketing activities like trade shows, field events, exhibits, and educational labs
Spend time in the field supporting product trials, case coverage, and customer interactions to build real-world clinical exposure
Help create and update marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, apps, and videos used by the sales team
Assist with sales and marketing training by preparing materials and contributing to presentations alongside experienced team members
Work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, regulatory, and operations teams to gather feedback and help improve products and processes
Help communicate important updates to sales, including product changes, supply updates, and key business initiatives
Contribute to gathering Voice of Customer (VOC) insights and supporting new product development efforts
Support coordination of product availability and work with internal teams to understand supply, distribution, and customer support processes
Build relationships across teams and grow your knowledge of the IVS portfolio, developing into a trusted resource over time

- USN: $59,900 - $83,300 USD Annual.
