The Role

About The Team
The Individual Markets (IM) Field Marketing Enablement & Operations teams are collaborative groups of marketing professionals dedicated to delivering best-in-class support and solutions that align with key business objectives—recruiting, retention, and financial representative (FR) productivity. By closely collaborating with Agency Distribution and internal collaborators, the team informs, educates, and engages field leaders, FRs, and marketing staff to use digital tools that improve brand visibility, client engagement, and business development. By providing targeted training, enablement resources, and ongoing support, the team drives adoption of marketing tools, promotes best practices, and streamlines efforts to support prospecting, relationship building, and recruiting initiatives.
About The Role
As an Associate Manager, Field Enablement & Operations you will support key marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement and contribute to a world-class experience. This highly collaborative role offers exposure to digital marketing, content development, and cross-functional project work across the organization. You’ll assist in creating and refining marketing materials, support the integration of digital tools, and help develop resources that drive adoption across the field. By staying current on industry trends and analyzing data to identify optimization opportunities, you’ll contribute fresh ideas and play a hands-on role in driving effective, customer-centric marketing strategies within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You will
 

  • Assist in the creation, evaluation, and revision of marketing materials across various channels, including digital, social, print, and presentations, to support overall marketing objectives
  • Act as a main point of contact for select Individual Markets (IM) collaborators, encouraging strong cross-functional relationships to implement digital engagement solutions
  • Deliver high-level technical support, ensuring timely resolution of issues and a seamless user experience
  • Develop and maintain training resources, guides, and workshops to drive adoption and effective use of marketing tools across the field
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Sales, Enterprise Marketing and Business Marketing teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts that align with broader enterprise initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of engaging and informative content that effectively communicates product value and brand messaging to target audiences
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer engagement strategies to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to the team
  • Ensure effective integration and utilization of digital marketing platforms, including automation, content systems, quoting tools, and analytics
  • Analyze how the data is being used to find areas for improvement and work with collaborators to put in place strategies for optimization
     

You have
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • Foundational understanding of integrated marketing strategies, including digital, content, social media, and email marketing
  • Truly passionate about elevating the customer experience and has pulse on what will resonate
  • Proactive/self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity and confidently adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with marketing dashboards or reporting tools is a plus
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, paid media, and performance marketing principles
  • Ability to analyze marketing data to assess campaign performance and support optimization recommendations
  • Detailed, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects or deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with creative development processes and collaborating with design or content teams is a plus
  • Internship or project-based experience in marketing, especially within financial services or a highly regulated industry, preferred
     

Location
This is a hybrid role with 3 days in a Guardian office, preferably Bethlehem, PA or New York, NY.
Salary Range:

Salary Range:

$69,380.00 - $104,067.50

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
