As a Marketing Associate, you will support the execution of local marketing activities across commercial, content, and social media initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will assist with coordinating local campaigns, co-marketing activities, and creating localized content. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys hands-on execution and learning how marketing works in practice.
What you’ll be doingDay-to-day in this role you’ll:- Support the execution of local marketing campaigns across different business areas, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities.
- Assist with creating, localizing, and publishing marketing content across multiple channels, including app banners and social media.
- Help set up campaigns and content in internal tools and platforms, following existing processes and guidelines.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to support the development of campaign assets and visuals.
- Support basic reporting by collecting data, tracking key metrics, and helping identify learnings for future activities.
- Support the day-to-day management of local social media channels, including scheduling posts, coordinating with influencers, and monitoring engagement.
- 1 year of work experience preferably as a supporting function in marketing
- Fluent in Hungarian and English knowledge both written and verbal is a must
- Structured and organised mindset
- Copywriting and design experience is an advantage
- CRM and social media experience is an advantage
