Marketing Assistant (Product Marketing)
About the Role

Join our Product Marketing team where you’ll learn to connect content, sales enablement, and product strategy. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Content & Campaign Support
- Assist in creating and updating product marketing materials that support our strategic goals.
- Work with senior team members to develop messaging that helps customers understand and adopt our products.
- Support campaign execution in partnership with the Demand Marketing team.
Sales Enablement Platform Support
- Help manage our Sales Enablement platform (Showpad), including organizing content and supporting user engagement.
- Participate in training sessions and help users navigate the platform.
- Learn to analyze content performance and suggest improvements.
Event & Collateral Coordination
- Support the creation of event pages, marketing collateral, and agendas for global events.
- Ensure materials are delivered on time and meet brand standards.
Brand Consistency
- Help maintain a consistent tone and visual style across presentations, reports, and web content.
- Contribute to rebranding efforts during mergers and acquisitions.
Culture & Well-being Advocacy
- Be part of a team that values inclusion and well-being.
- Support initiatives that promote a positive and psychologically safe work environment.

- Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, or basic CMS platforms is a plus
