The Role
We create possibilities that move life and commerce forward

Welcome to Manhattan. Every day, our supply chain commerce technology connects two billion people to 20 billion consumer choices. In the warehouse, on the road and in the store, we make what was once impossible, possible. If you want to tackle complex problems and redefine markets, you’ve come to the right place.

12 month Fixed term contract.

Are you an energetic, hands-on marketer who enjoys variety, learns quickly, and takes pride in making things happen? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where creativity, curiosity and ownership are encouraged? Are you digitally savvy, organised, and excited to support campaigns that make a real impact?

If so, this Marketing Assistant position could be your ideal next step.

Manhattan Associates’ EMEA Marketing Team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support field marketing activity across the Benelux region. Reporting to the EMEA Field Marketing Director, you will partner closely with local Business Development and Sales teams to execute digital and field marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and early-stage pipeline across our key industry verticals.

This role is perfect for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience across digital marketing, campaigns, events, and field marketing operations — all within a global technology company shaping the future of supply chain and unified commerce.

Key Responsibilities

:

  • Coordinate and launch integrated 1:many marketing campaigns
  • Support the development and execution of 1:few account-based marketing initiatives
  • Assist with website content updates and CMS operations
  • Help deliver advertising, media, and social media campaigns
  • Support the planning, logistics, and on-site execution of regional events and field activations
  • Analyse campaign performance and help report on contribution to pipeline
  • Build a solid understanding of Manhattan’s solutions and apply market insights to support campaign execution

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field
  • Some experience in a B2B marketing role
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to take ownership once direction is established
  • Curious mindset with the confidence to ask questions, share ideas, and try new approaches
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and positive attitude
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Results-driven: able to track performance, interpret data, and draw actionable insights
  • Ability to work effectively with a busy sales and marketing organisation and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, CMS platforms (Bynder, Optimizely), and marketing automation tools such as Marketo or Demandbase is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
  • Native Dutch speaker with fluent English
  • Experience with enterprise cloud-based software or supply chain solutions is a plus but not required

Manhattan Associates Compensation & Benefits Highlights

The following summarizes recurring compensation and benefits themes identified from responses generated by popular LLMs to common candidate questions about Manhattan Associates and has not been reviewed or approved by Manhattan Associates.

  • Fair & Transparent Compensation Pay is generally characterized as on par with industry standards and often described as fair or above average, with stronger competitiveness in certain roles and at higher seniority. The overall picture suggests a “solid but not standout” base-compensation experience that can feel better when variable pay or role leverage is higher.
  • Wellbeing & Lifestyle Benefits Well-being programs are positioned as a notable strength, including mental-health resources and support tools such as Headspace access, an EAP, and financial-wellness offerings. These lifestyle-oriented extras appear to elevate the perceived total rewards value beyond salary alone.
  • Parental & Family Support Family-support benefits are highlighted through caregiving assistance (e.g., Care.com access) and the presence of maternity and paternity/partner leave. The existence of dedicated family and caregiver support contributes positively to the overall benefits perception.
