David Weekley Homes is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our Tampa Division. This role will be a key player in assisting the Director of Marketing with day-to-day responsibilities to ensure smooth execution of marketing efforts and exceptional Homebuyer experience.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
- Assist with planning and coordinating division events, including community events and team member gatherings.
- Monitor each community within the Tampa Division to ensure accurate signage, proper literature in model homes and mode home appearance.
- Help maintain the division’s online presence by checking for accuracy in listings, websites, and digital content.
- Support the execution of marketing initiatives, including distributing materials and coordinating with vendors when needed.
- Assist with tracking inventory of marketing materials, collateral, and signage.
- Help coordinate logistics for homeowner, realtor, and division events.
- Provide general office support, including scheduling, preparing materials, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales and marketing goals.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the greater Tampa area as needed.
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.
