We are looking for a Marketing assistant.Key Responsibilities

1. General Marketing Support & Cross-functional Coordination

* Support day-to-day marketing operations and assist with a wide variety of ad hoc tasks.
* Communicate with partners, brands, influencers, and external vendors when needed.
* Follow up on ongoing projects and ensure tasks are completed on time.
* Coordinate with Product, Customer Support, Operations, and other departments to gather information, launch initiatives, and track progress.
* Examples include requesting promo codes for influencers, collecting reports, preparing campaign assets, or coordinating internal announcements.

2. AI Tools & Content Assistance

* Use AI tools to generate, edit, and optimize marketing materials, texts, visuals, presentations, and research.
* Assist in preparing content for social media, email campaigns, push notifications, and promotional activities.
* Explore and implement new AI tools that can improve marketing efficiency.

3. Deals, Trends & Shopping Research

* Monitor European and US online stores to identify attractive deals, discounts, and limited-time offers.
* Research trending products, brands, shopping events, and seasonal opportunities.
* Prepare selections of the best offers for publication across different marketing channels.
* Keep an eye on competitors’ campaigns, promotions, and communication activities.

4. Landing Pages & Blog Management

* Create and update landing pages in Tilda.
* Publish and edit blog articles and promotional pages.
* Ensure pages are properly displayed across desktop and mobile devices.

5. Website & Mobile App Content Management

* Update banners, texts, images, and promotional content on the website and mobile application.
* Review content regularly to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
* Coordinate required changes with the Product team and verify implementation before launch.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or administrative support is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, or similar) is an advantage.
Language Requirements
  • Russian – Native or fluent proficiency.
  • English – Good working proficiency (B2 or higher).
  • Armenian – Good working proficiency.


Skills Required
