Job DescriptionThis role supports the planning, execution, and optimisation of email marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms and Salesforce, ensuring accurate, compliant, and on-brand delivery. It combines hands-on campaign management with performance tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement through testing and segmentation. The role also supports product marketing initiatives and event-related marketing activities aligned with business priorities.
- Set up, deploy, and optimise email marketing campaigns using approved automation platforms and Salesforce
- Build and maintain email templates, campaign assets, audience lists, and testing plans in line with brand and compliance standards
- Monitor campaign performance and maintain key metrics, reporting insights to leadership and stakeholders
- Identify and implement improvements through testing, segmentation, and enhanced measurement
- Support product launches, portfolio promotion, and development of marketing materials and digital assets
- Coordinate marketing support for conferences and events, including pre- and post-event communications, lead capture, and reviews
- Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a life sciences field (e.g. biology, biomedical science, biotechnology), or equivalent practical experience
- Fluent English and professional German
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems, ideally Salesforce and Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
- Understanding of campaign execution, including audience segmentation, testing, and performance tracking
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, or conferences is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
