What You’ll Be Doing- Reach out to new leads quickly via call and text
- Help homeowners schedule in-home design consultations
- Follow up in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads and learn campaign management
- Post before/after project photos and simple content
- Keep our Google Business profile updated with posts and reviews
- Support light website updates
- Clear and confident communicator
- Positive attitude and a desire to help people
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with phone, text, and social media communication
- Open to learning marketing and advertising
- Understands the importance of consistency and follow-up
Experience with Meta ads is a plus but not required — we will train the right candidate.
Compensation & GrowthPart-Time (20–25 hours/week to start):
- $20–$22/hour
- $25 per booked appointment
- $40 per appointment that shows
- $75 per closed sale
- Typical earnings: ~$3,500–$4,500/month
Growth Opportunity → Full-Time:
- $23–$25/hour + same performance bonuses
- Typical earnings: ~$7,000–$9,000+/month
