- Plan and run marketing campaigns for new products and services across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage digital recruitment activities and communicate our EVP to attract applicants.
- Oversee paid media campaigns across search, social, and display.
- Work with teams on projects, sharing input and ideas.
- Manage our digital channels including social media, websites, SEO and SEM.
- Evaluate data and produce reports to inform future activity.
- Develop visual and video content for different media platforms.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team on marketing tasks for recruitment.

- Tertiary qualification in marketing or similar
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in traditional and digital marketing (agency or in-house)
- Competence in social media, email marketing, websites (experience with WordPress useful), SEO, SEM and reporting
- Experience producing digital content such as video and reels
- Knowledge of UX standards
- Skilled with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Commitment to safety and wellbeing
