In this role, you will report to the General Manager – Brand, Marketing and Communications and work closely with colleagues across New Zealand, including the Talent Acquisition team. Your role is to design and implement marketing strategies to enhance Fulton Hogan’s brand, reach customers, and attract skilled people.
Key tasks:
  • Plan and run marketing campaigns for new products and services across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage digital recruitment activities and communicate our EVP to attract applicants.
  • Oversee paid media campaigns across search, social, and display.
  • Work with teams on projects, sharing input and ideas.
  • Manage our digital channels including social media, websites, SEO and SEM.
  • Evaluate data and produce reports to inform future activity.
  • Develop visual and video content for different media platforms.
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition team on marketing tasks for recruitment.

Skills and experience required:
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing or similar
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in traditional and digital marketing (agency or in-house)
  • Competence in social media, email marketing, websites (experience with WordPress useful), SEO, SEM and reporting
  • Experience producing digital content such as video and reels
  • Knowledge of UX standards
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Commitment to safety and wellbeing
