Responsible for the overall implementation of the marketing and Communication strategy of the company. Develop and nurture relationships with Travel Trade, Tour Operators, Tourism Bodies, Corporate Companies and Government. Ensure that sales targets are met. Sales Team management, through constant coaching, mentoring and performance management of the team. Must have a keen interest in pursuing a career in aviation sales and marketing.  

Knowledge

a) Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
b) Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation.

f) HUBSPOT knowledge and training

Qualification & Experience

a) Appropriate marketing degree.
b) Relevant management science and marketing specialist experience.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the implementation of the marketing and communication strategy of the company.
2. Liaising with advertising agency, evaluating promotions and sponsorships, increasing consumer awareness
3. Customer relations.
4. Responsible for the planning and execution of the traditional marketing plan.
5. Co-ordinates the Responsibilities must be carried out in accordance with Company Standards as laid out in the manuals of procedure, and Occupational Health and safety Standards.
6. Will assist with any additional tasks within the context of the job description.
7. Develop marketing plans or strategies.
8. Manage marketing budget
9. Manage media flow plan
10. Achieve Revenue Targets
11. Responsible for the Management of Trade Agreements
12. New Business Acquisition
13. Responsible for assisting with the development and evaluation of promotions and sponsorships with the aim of increasing consumer affinity and brand awareness.
14. Promote product and services to the travel industry, key tour operators and corporate segment, domestically and internationally.
15. Manage and liaise with the various travel associations.
16. Sales and Marketing related administration duties.
17. Explore new business, leisure and MICE markets and opportunities.
18. Attend trade events related to Travel Trade.
19. Attend workshops and conduction presentations.
20. Responsible for public relations and relationship management.
21. Responsibilities must be carried out in accordance with Company Standards as laid out in the manuals of procedures, and Occupational Health and Safety Standards.
22. Will assist with any additional tasks within the context of the job description and marketing department.
23. Will attend training when required to do so.
24. Will travel as and when required by the company as per the job profile.
25. Evaluate program effectiveness.
26. Direct marketing activities.
27. Analyse data to inform operational decisions or activities.
28. Estimate cost or material requirements.
29. Will attend training when required to do so.
