As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Sales and Key Account Management teams. You’ll contribute to the smooth execution of sales promotions, marketing activities, and administrative tasks, all while ensuring a high level of service to our clients. Specifically, you will:
- Prepare promotional materials and sales presentations for Key Account Managers (KAMs) and sales agents
- Organize company events, including product launches and media briefings
- Oversee the administration of our online presence, managing updates to the website and social media channels (Facebook, etc.)
- Coordinate the translation of materials from headquarters to meet local needs
- Assist with office duties as needed, ensuring the team remains productive and organized
- Collaborate with colleagues to monitor and execute sales activities, ensuring timely and effective project completion
WHO YOU ARE
You are a proactive individual with a passion for sales and marketing. You enjoy working in a collaborative environment, where you can bring fresh ideas and contribute to a global brand’s local presence. Additionally, you have or are:
- Previous experience in inside sales or marketing communication
- Fluent in both Czech and English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment, balancing office and remote work
