KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Develop, plan and implement marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitors and opportunities.
- Support product launches, promotions and events to drive market visibility and sales.
- Manage marketing budgets and track ROI for all marketing initiatives.
2. Brand and Communication Management
- Develop and maintain the company's brand image and ensure consistency in all communication materials.
- Create compelling content for print, digital and social media platforms (brochures, newsletters, press releases etc)
- Coordinate internal and external communication to ensure alignmnet wih business goals.
- Manage media relationa and handle PR activities, including press coverage and stakeholder communications.
3. Digital Marketing and Social Media
- Manage the company's social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc) and digital campaigns.
- Analyze digtal marketing performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.
- Ensure SEO optimization and online visibility for all company platforms.
- Engage with audiences online to strengthen brand connection and customer engagement.
4. Business Development Support
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to align marketing startegies with sales goals.
- Develop marketing materials (presentations, proposls, product sheets) to support client pitches and partnerships.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectivess of marketing initiatives in driving business leads.
5. Event Planning and Public relations
- Organize and manage company events, trade fairs, exhibitions and CSR activities
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers and external stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication before, during and after events to maximize impact.
6. Internal Communications and Coordination.
- Support internal communication efforts to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Work closely with different departments to gather information, coordinate campaigns and ensure timely delivery of communication materials.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public relations, Business Administration or any related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications or brand management.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management and content creation.
- Strong knowledge of marketing tools, analytics platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and storytelling skills in both English and Swahili.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and detail.
- Experience in event planning, media management and stakeholder management is an added advantage.
