Job Summary:

This position is accountable for developing, implementing, and managing various marketing and communications materials for NovaWell. Ensures uniform interpretation and communication to NovaWell stakeholders as well as open lines of communication across Horizon and NovaWell. Has direct accountability for project execution, including team leadership and resource management. Position also serves as resource for branding and development of corporate brand & writing style for NovaWell only.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the creation of the NovaWell marketing and communications strategy in partnership with the NovaWell and Horizon Marketing/Communications leaders.
  • Lead all operational communications and secure all necessary SMC, RFP, Legal and Compliance reviews.
  • Develops and executes the marketing and communications strategy for NovaWell and refreshes on an annual basis. Oversee and manage the brand strategy, and operations including brand governance for NovaWell. Ensure alignment with Enterprise Brand team.
  • Develop go-to-market strategy in coordination with management including content strategy development, creation of sales enablement tools, lead generation and retention tactics, and thought leadership.
  • Develop and manage initiatives for specific b2b programs/campaigns in direct marketing, advertising, promotion, special events, collateral and website and other means that convey a unified and distinctive leadership presence in the marketplace. Track and measure performance (KPIs) to ensure marketing investment effectiveness.
  • Partners with external agencies and or internal agency to execute the above. Responsible for processing all SOWs and managing key deliverables for agencies. Manages vendor relationships for production of communication materials. Manage and conduct monthly reconciliation of marketing budget.
  • Responsible for partnering with Proposal team on NovaWell RFP proposal documents and the creation of relevant presentation slides.
  • Develop and execute communications strategies for accounts.
  • Manages the NovaWell social media in collaboration with Horizon Social Media team.
  • Meets all regulatory requirements and comprehends and complies with best practices, professional standards, internal policies, and procedures.
  • Maintains thorough knowledge of the target customer, existing and new products, and competitors’ products, in the assigned market segment.
  • Ensures compliance with all state and federal mandates. Supports Horizon compliance and assists with materials for audits and onsite visits from regulatory agencies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in communication, marketing, advertising, or public relations.
  • Prefers healthcare industry experience.

Knowledge:

  • Must be proficient in the use of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of marketing principles including brand, product, customer insights and consumer life cycle (acquisition, loyalty and retention)
  • Prefers knowledge of healthcare industry
  • Prefers knowledge of behavioral health products and services

Salary Range:

$106,400 - $145,215

​This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. This range has been created in good faith based on information known to Horizon at the time of posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case.
