Responsible for supporting communications and brand activities, assisting with routine tasks to align with organizational goals. The role supports report and presentation preparation, following established processes, developing professional skills working under direct supervision.
Your role:
Supports communications and brand activities under direct supervision, assisting in the execution of routine activities to align with organizational goals and maintain brand integrity across various channels.
Assists in creating engaging content across various formats such as articles, social media posts, and videos to effectively engage target audiences and reinforce key brand messages, guided by senior team members for impactful delivery.
Updates internal communication channels with accurate and timely information under guidance, ensuring these channels maintain consistency and relevance in communication efforts across all platforms, aiding in the dissemination of information.
Supports the preparation of comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing communications activities and evaluating campaign performance for stakeholders, ensuring clear and insightful communication of results to facilitate informed decision-making.
Follows established processes and guidelines, utilizing judgment within defined procedures to ensure compliance and optimal performance, thereby contributing to streamlined operations and maintaining consistency in communication activities.
Learns to use and effectively apply professional concepts, developing a foundational understanding of relevant principles and practices that contribute to professional growth and proficiency in communications and brand management.
Applies analytical skills to efficiently resolve routine and basic requests, following prescribed procedures to achieve desired outcomes effectively, ensuring accuracy and contributing to the overall efficiency of communication and brand initiatives.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, Marketing, Brand Management or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in media and Trend Analysis, Internal and External Communications, Content Creation, Brand Management or equivalent - ideally with exposure to S&RC Business.
Advanced English Level

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
