Marketing Analytics
As a Marketing Analytics Specialist at TIAA, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for marketing campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to analyze marketing performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collect and analyze marketing data from various channels, including website analytics, social media, email, and CRM.
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards using tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to key stakeholders.
  • Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns in marketing data and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute A/B tests, campaigns, and experiments to test hypotheses and optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Perform ROI analyses to evaluate the impact of marketing initiatives and prioritize resource allocation.
  • Develop compelling reports and presentations to communicate marketing insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in marketing analytics and technologies, and adapt strategies accordingly.

Base Pay Range: $65,000/yr. - $90,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
