A Brief Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Analytics Intern to join our US Regional Marketing Communications team for Summer 2026. This internship offers a unique opportunity to design and implement a marketing analytics framework that will help our team measure and optimize performance across campaigns and channels—creating a structure that will remain valuable beyond the internship period.
What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
Develop a marketing analytics approach and structure for tracking and reporting performance metrics.
Define and document processes for measuring traditional marketing communications metrics, including but not limited to:
Email open rates and click-through rates (CTR)
Website traffic and engagement
Video views and social media interactions
Incorporate campaign-related metrics such as:
Lead generation and cost per lead (CPL)
Lead conversion rates
Return on investment (ROI) and campaign effectiveness
Create dashboards and reporting templates that can be easily adopted by the team.
Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with business objectives and marketing goals.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at the end of the internship.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally with graduation anticipated within the next one to two years required
Related construction related education or training preferred
Related training on relevant software or technologies preferred
Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing
Familiarity with Salesforce or Pardot is a plus
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Physical Demands
This role is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role.
