We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Engineer to take ownership of the next phase of this infrastructure. The foundation is in place. Your job is to extend it building new data models and the agents, wiring autonomous pipelines, and delivering AI-powered systems that directly improve how marketing decisions are made.
Responsibilities
- Development of marketing data models for use in AI and reporting
- Improve attribution and new attribution model releases
- AI agent development design, build, and improve specialist AI agents covering channel performance, budget allocation, media monitoring, user quality, and competitive intelligence
- Automation pipelines, end-to-end automations connecting data sources, AI models, and marketing tools
- Slack bot and internal tooling, natural language access to AI analysis for the wider marketing team
Requirements
- Solid background in marketing data and attribution
- Experience SQL databases and Python
- Experience with LLMs (prompt engineering, agent design) and workflow automations (n8n or similar tool)
- Experience with APIs/integrations
- Ability to work independently
- Previous experience with Airflow and/or dbt

- Multiple new agents or automations are live and actively used by the marketing team
- Key reporting and alerting workflows run autonomously without manual triggering
