Carrier Enterprise (CE) is a premier national distributor specializing in residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts, and supplies. We operate primarily in the B2B environment, selling our products through licensed HVAC dealers and contractors. These dealers are independent companies that sell, deliver, and service Carrier, Bryant & Payne products to residences and businesses in their respective markets. With over 200+ locations across 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, and Canada, we are well-positioned to meet our customers' HVAC/R needs.

Job Summary


The Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing region marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth within specific geographic regions. This role involves close collaboration with sales teams, event planning and execution, and the implementation of targeted marketing campaigns. The Field Marketing Specialist will also gather market insights and report on the effectiveness of field marketing activities.

  • Implement localized marketing strategies to support regional sales goals, modify marketing initiatives to meet needs of specific markets.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute local events, trade shows, and promotional activities, and event logistics, vendor coordination and on-site setup.
  • Work closely with regional sales teams to align marketing efforts and programs with sales objectives, monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Coordinate the distribution of promotional materials to support local marketing efforts, ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts; share best practices and insight with the team.
  • Execution of CE and Factory-led dealer programs and all related administrative tasks associated with these programs.

 

Required Qualifications


  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for events and meetings – 10 – 15% Travel

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Experience in the distribution or HVAC industry
  •  Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer preferences.
  •  Familiarity with digital marketing

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, not required.
  • 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event planning, or a related role.
