Key Responsibilities
- Support the detection and tracking of issues, bugs, customer pain points, and operational gaps that impact marketing performance or user experience.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to guide the prioritization of marketing improvements and cross-functional initiatives.
- Conduct user, market, and performance research, synthesizing insights from dashboards, customer feedback, surveys, and experiments (A/B tests).
- Analyze customer behavior and operational processes, identifying opportunities to streamline communication and improve customer understanding.
- Assist in initiatives aimed at reducing card declines, providing analytical support and insights for the Fraud, Risk, and Marketing teams.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries to support decision-making for the Marketing Manager and leadership.
- Collaborate closely with Product, CX, Insights, and Risk teams, ensuring alignment and visibility on customer trends and issues.
- Maintain updated FAQs on the app and website for all products and countries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analysis, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Growth, CRM, or Business Intelligence.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using BI tools, building dashboards, monitoring KPIs, and performing funnel analysis.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights to support marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Familiarity with marketing funnels, customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and experimentation methodologies.
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, Zendesk, and chatbot solutions.
- Intermediate SQL skills, including joins, basic CTEs, case when, aggregations, and table manipulation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments.
