Position Purpose:
This position seeks curious, resourceful analysts and thinkers with strong quantitative reasoning skills and an appetite for applying those skills to L.L.Bean’s most important business questions.
Candidates should have experience successfully designing and executing quantitative approaches to problems that involve the analysis of large sets of qualitative and quantitative data (in the thousands and millions of rows).

About the role:
· Performs moderately complex analysis of program/project. Identifies trends and makes recommendations.
· Determine appropriate data sources and report designs to best meet information needs.
· Participates in projects such as the development of marketing plans, forecasts, pricing, and competitive evaluations.
· Additional duties as assigned.
About you:
English Level: Advanced – C1 Level
Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree, desired careers: Math, Engineering, Economics, Business Management, Business Analytics preferred, but not limited.
Years of Experience: minimum 2 years of experience on data analytics, marketing knowledge is a plus.
