About the role and team:
We are the team responsible for building the brand in Brand, for both potential customers so that they choose us as their financial ally, and for current customers to increase product engagement and cross-selling opportunities. Through the correct execution of our brand plan, we drive key Brand Health Tracker (BHT) metrics uplift, plus trigger releases through a full-funnel always-on (AON) strategy. The Brand team in Colombia is formed by a diverse team of professionals and it is divided in 3 main areas:
- Early lifecycle and content strategy: Responsible for building the brand across all funnel stages (upper, mid and lower funnel). And responsible for always-on communications in owned channels, social media and influencers.
- Engagement: Responsible for launching new products and keeping our customers engaged with our suite of products.
We all work really closely with the Customer Insights, the Creative Mkt teams and the other Squads in the BU, with which we partner in almost every initiative.
As a Marketing Analyst you're expected to:
- Support the timely execution of the marketing strategy and brand plan of the year.
- Plan and execute long, mid and short term marketing initiatives considering timeline, budget and main goals (KPIs) we want to achieve.
- Own or co-lead projects and give end to end follow up to ensure launching on time and form.
- Collaborate with different areas and stakeholders to build and launch strong brand campaigns and/or different products and features.
- Make post launch analysis to assess the impact of our initiatives.
We're looking for an experienced Marketing Analyst who has:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in brand strategy and marketing.
- Brand fundamentals / knowledge.
- Analytical and creative thinking.
- English and Spanish professional proficiency.
- Experience in Budget supervision.
- Initiative, self-motivation, the ability to work independently.
- Organization and an orientation to detail.
- Experience running integrated brand campaigns and product/features launches.
- Experience in brand architecture and brand positioning frameworks
- Excellent team player and interpersonal skills
- The ability to handle a multitude of projects and issues at one time.
- Social media understanding.
