Job Description:

Marketing Analyst (Operations)

The Marketing Analyst is responsible for business planning, daily/weekly performance report, liaise with region on local programs and program execution to country, support on result, data and reporting on monthly performance. She integrates marketing data and information from multiple sources to produce reports and support the marketing of UPS products and services.

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting

  • Creates and provides standard reports to Sales and Country BPT of customer’s performance
  • Identifies gaps in plan performance to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Creates and utilize standardized information sources, tools and methods to identify high impact customers

Revenue Management

  • Develops local programs for keeping profitable customers, improving least profitable / Compliant and churn reduction
  • Conducts root cause investigation of client characteristics versus plan
  • Evaluates customer’s shipping profile and provides recommendation for country to support local waivers
  • Pricing analysis and Rate Change support
  • Assist coloader/resellers/non-sales account customers from Pricing request and inter-departmental coordination

Indirect Channel Management:

  • Serves as the primary contact for indirect sales channels and helps drive partnerships with Resellers in the market.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • With good command in writing and oral communication
  • Meticulous with strong attention to details, demonstrate good numerate skills, matured thinking, dependable and requires minimum supervision
