Position Summary
Responsible for coordinating and implementing initiatives derived from the category strategy, ensuring timely execution of the materials development plan and supporting commercial objectives through data-driven insights to identify trends, and improve strategy and execution.
Main Responsibilities
Execute portfolio action plans in alignment with strategic objectives.
Coordinate the design, development, and approval of promotional materials in compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Maintain proactive communication with internal teams, ensuring timely feedback and follow-up.
Manage and monitor digital marketing campaigns, tracking KPIs and performance metrics across stakeholders.
Analyses digital data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic) to generate actionable insights for future strategies.
Align commercial activities with the digital marketing plan (TMP plan).
Conduct price and trend analysis to support competitive positioning.
Oversee sampling processes and ensure accurate follow-up (if applies)
Generate insights from market and sales analysis

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or related roles. (relevant internship experience will also be considered.)
Basic English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking); advanced level preferred.
