We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and interpreting marketing campaign performance data across various channels. The ideal candidate will expertly translate findings into actionable insights that shape our marketing strategies and optimize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Analysis:
    • Develop and implement research methodologies to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, broadcast, and other relevant media.
    • Gather data from a variety of sources, including web analytics, advertising platforms, social media monitoring tools, and market research reports.
    • Perform in-depth analysis of data using statistical techniques to identify trends, correlations, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Insight Development and Reporting:
    • Transform data into clear and concise reports that effectively communicate campaign performance to stakeholders.
    • Present findings in visualizations (graphs, charts, dashboards) that highlight relevant insights and recommendations.
    • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for audience reach and engagement.
  • Strategic Planning and Optimization:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop media plans and identify optimal channels for reaching target audiences.
    • Provide recommendations to enhance marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
    • Track competitor campaigns and marketing landscapes to inform future decisions.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in marketing analytics or a similar data-centric role.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Expertise in media metrics, including reach, impressions, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts and strategies across various channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with A/B testing and statistical modeling techniques.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and content marketing measurement.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages.
  • Knowledge or experience in post-secondary education market
