The Marketing Analyst is responsible for supporting the execution and optimization of Viamericas Loyalty Program. This role combines marketing, analytics, and customer engagement to drive agent participation, customer participation, increase reward redemption, and strengthen loyalty across the Viamericas agent network. The analyst evaluates program performance, develops insights from data, executes promotional campaigns, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall effectiveness of the loyalty program.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Viamericas Loyalty Program, ensuring program accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage the daily operations of the Rewards Program Engine.
  • Analyze loyalty program performance, including enrollments, active participation, points earned, redemption rates, expiration trends, and overall engagement.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities to improve member acquisition, engagement, retention, and reward redemption.
  • Develop and execute loyalty marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, and promotional initiatives to increase program participation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, technology partners, to implement loyalty enhancements, promotions, and new program features.
  • Ensure the accuracy of loyalty point accrual, redemption processes, and promotional offers.
  • Conduct segmentation analysis to identify high-value agents and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness using data analysis and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis for loyalty initiatives.
  • Manage the daily operations of the Rewards Program Engine.
  • Review and approve rewards incentive requests according to establish guidelines.
  • Coordinate Rewards Program requests through Salesforce service tickets.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot Rewards Program errors, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Information Security Responsibilities
  • Read, acknowledge, and comply with Viamericas’ Staff Information Security Policy.
  • Attend periodic Information Security training provided by Viamericas.
  • Report any event that might be an Information Security Incident: clicked on a malicious link, downloaded, and opened a suspicious file, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using Tableau.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with data.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, prepare reports, and make recommendations based on findings.
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills, with excellent command of spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly motivated team player with a strong commitment to success.
  • Graphic design skills are a plus.
  • Valid U.S. visa and ability to travel occasionally within the United States.

Working Conditions

    General office working conditions, and occasional travel to the US.
