What you'll bring along:- Advanced Excel: PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, charts, filters, formula logic
- Data analysis: You can work with large datasets and extract meaningful patterns
- Research: You know how to verify sources, compare data, and dig for answers online
Nice-to-Have Technical Experience (Not mandatory):
- SQL or Oracle: Comfortable querying or extracting data from a database
- Power BI or Tableau: Can build or understand dashboards and data visuals
- Real estate knowledge: Understanding U.S. markets is a plus — we’ll teach you the rest

As a Marketing Analyst at Yardi, you’ll:

- Spot trends, patterns, and market shifts
