Your impact:We're looking for a curious, hands-on, and inventive Marketing AI Workflow Strategist to help us reimagine how marketing work gets done.
You'll design, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows, intelligent systems that combine automation, data, and AI to make marketing faster, smarter, and more creative.
This is a highly cross-functional role where you'll be the bridge between marketing creativity and AI technology. You'll collaborate with content writers, SEO specialists, and designers to turn manual, repetitive workflows into smart, self-improving systems.
This hybrid role requires working from the office at least once a week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca.
What you'll bring along:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, growth marketing, marketing analytics, marketing technology, or a similar technical marketing role
- Demonstrated track record of designing and implementing process improvements or automation projects
- Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
- Demonstrated ability to work with data, APIs, and automation tools (e.g., OpenAI AgentKit, Zapier, n8n, Airtable, Python, SQL, or similar)
- Hands-on experience (or strong curiosity) with AI technologies such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, LangChain.
- Comfort with prompt engineering and a structured approach to experimentation
- Strong understanding of marketing workflows across: content creation, SEO, analytics, campaign management, or conversion rate optimization
- Familiarity with version control (GitHub), automation testing, or API development
- Prior experience leading marketing ops transformation or data automation projects
- Portfolio or examples of previous AI or automation work
- Design and build AI agents and automated workflows using tools like OpenAI AgentKit, n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom APIs
- Partner with marketing teams to map current processes, identify automation opportunities, and quantify potential impact
- Prototype, test, and deploy workflows that transform:
- Content creation and optimization processes
- Reporting and analytics pipelines
- Website and SEO health checks
- Data enrichment and quality assurance
- Campaign management and execution
- Competitive analysis and market research
- Maintain a library of reusable agents, connectors, and prompts for marketing use cases
- Monitor and improve workflow performance, ensuring reliability, quality, and compliance with brand and data standards
- Document workflows, create playbooks, and build systems that scale across the organization
- Serve as a trusted bridge that translates business and marketing needs into scalable, intelligent systems
- Experiment with new technologies and share learnings across the team
