WalkMe Marketing is building an AI-first operating model. The goal is to fundamentally change how our marketing teams work, enabling them to move faster, scale programs, and increase impact without increasing complexity.
As a Marketing AI & Automation Architect, you will help design and build the systems, workflows, and tools that enable this transformation. You will partner closely with teams across Marketing and Revenue Operations to identify opportunities where AI can unlock scale, accelerate campaign execution, improve insights, and streamline how work gets done. From early campaign ideation to operational execution, you will translate marketing needs into practical AI-powered solutions.
This is a hands-on creator role, which sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, technology, and AI engineering. You will design and build AI-powered workflows, agents, and integrations that connect our marketing tools, data, and processes into a smarter, more scalable system. Your work will help marketers focus more on strategy, creativity, and growth, while AI supports research, execution, and operational scale.
What You'll Own
- Partner with Marketing teams to identify opportunities where AI can accelerate work, improve insights, and scale campaign execution.
- Design and build AI-powered marketing workflows including AI automations, agents, and workflows that support key marketing activities such as research, content development, campaign planning, outreach preparation, and performance analysis.
- Integrate AI into our Marketing technology ecosystem, connecting AI solutions to core systems including Salesforce, Monday, marketing automation platforms, and data tools using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms.
- Develop scalable, repeatable AI systems and workflows that enable teams to execute campaigns, generate insights, and produce content more efficiently.
- Implement monitoring, guardrails, and data quality processes to ensure AI systems are reliable, responsible, and scalable.
- Help teams incorporate AI tools and workflows into their daily work and act as a trusted advisor on how to use AI effectively.
- Product Marketing to accelerate research, positioning, and messaging development
- Field Marketing to scale campaign planning, personalization, and execution
- Content and Design to enable AI-assisted content and asset production
- Corporate Marketing to support campaign orchestration and storytelling
- Revenue Operations to improve CRM structure, lead lifecycle management, and data quality
- IT and Engineering to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance
- Data and Analytics teams to improve insights, measurement, and AI modeling

What You'll Need to Succeed
- 2+ years in a technical role such as Business Applications / Web Developer, Automation Engineer, IT / Systems Engineer, or AI Solutions Engineer (or equivalent hands-on project experience).
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Technology, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing workflows, funnels, campaign execution, CRM systems, and lead lifecycle management.
- Deep Hands-on experience building automations or integrations using platforms such as n8n, Workato, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
- Proven Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Practical experience using AI models, LLMs, AI agents, or retrieval-based solutions within business workflows.
- Basic coding skills in JavaScript or Python to extend automation workflows when needed.
- Experience working with marketing systems such as Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to building solutions.
- Curiosity and motivation to explore how AI can improve how teams work.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
