As a member of the marketing team, you will contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives by providing critical administrative support. 


About the role

As a Marketing Admin, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring the seamless execution of our marketing initiatives, particularly our calendar of webinars and events. Working closely with a collaborative marketing team, you’ll support the details that make the big picture come to life.


This is an in-person role based at our Sherwood Park office.

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Client Communication and Coordination: Act as the primary contact for clients participating in webinars and events, and respond promptly to client inquiries, ensuring all communications are professional and positive.
  • Administrative Support for the Marketing Team: Manage scheduling, deadlines, and logistics for webinars and events, and maintain and update marketing materials, databases, and documentation.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including attendee registration and follow-ups. Support tasks such as confirmation emails and post-event surveys.
  • Data Management: Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of client information in relevant systems, and generate reports and analyze data to help the team measure success.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other teams to align on client communications and event logistics.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement ways to streamline workflows and update procedures to boost efficiency.
